May-October is peak season for weddings, therefore it is best to book at least 6 months in advance.
Smaller events such as private or corporate parties can be booked as little as 1-2 weeks in advance, but we recommend booking with us as soon as you have a date for your event.
All Spiced Catering travels throughout the lower mainland going everywhere from Hope to Whistler. At this time we do not cater on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast or the Interior.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as certified/corporate cheques and interact e-transfer.
For weddings, an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your invoice is required at the time of signing your contract to book your event. 3 months prior to your event another installment is made. Your last and final installment is made 1 week prior to your event date with the confirmation of your guaranteed numbers. All invoices are subject to 5% GST, gratuity and a delivery charge if applicable. If your wedding is booked with less than 3 months than a payment schedule will be discussed with you.

Yes! We are very experienced in dealing with all types of dietary restrictions. Never compromising on quality or taste, we always provide many options available to suit guests many diverse needs. We also provide a Vegan and Vegetarian full menu and are flexible in adapting many favourite dishes so that they may suit your specific requirements.
Yes! We offer fully trained, Serving It Right certified bartenders for your All Spiced Catering events. This will be discussed with you when inquiring about your event.

At All Spiced Catering, we prefer you to supply your own alcohol for your event, the reason being that you know your guests best. We provide our own fully trained, Serving It Right certified bartenders to serve your alcohol, however, you will need to acquire a Special Event Permit.
