Lunch Menus

We have a variety of delectable lunch menus’ to suit your needs! Choose from many different sandwiches, wraps, salads, and soup options, or if you’re hosting a function, choose from one of our many buffets! Our minimum order is 15 people and we provide delivery and set up. If you require a staff member present at your lunch event please let us know at time of booking. Sandwiches

Delicious sandwiches available on your choice of Baguette, Ciabatta Bun or Multi-grain Bread

  • Garlic Roast Beef – slices of garlic roast beef with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes and fresh cucumbers with a horseradish mayo 
  • Turkey Club – slices of turkey and slices of black forest ham with monterey jack cheese, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes and fresh cucumbers, with a honey mustard mayo 
  • Black Forest Ham – layered ham, provolone cheese, arugula, balsamic caramelized red onions, with a Dijon mustard mayo 
  •  Albacore Tuna – green diced apples, diced celery, fresh lettuces, sliced tomatoes and fresh cucumbers with a mayo spread
  • Corn Beef – sliced corn beef,  sliced cheddar cheese, with our pickled relish, mixed fresh lettuces, sliced tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, with a grainy mustard spread

Wraps

Wraps made fresh on Sun-dried Tomato, Spinach, Whole Wheat, Pesto and Cheese

  • Grilled Chicken Caesar –  fresh romaine lettuce with crumbled bacon and our homemade parmesan mayo spread
  • Grilled Roasted Seasonal Vegetables – yams, zucchini, red peppers, caramelized onions, with brie cheese, or fresh mozzarella, mixed seasonal lettuces, with a basil pesto mayo spread
  • Herb Greek Style Chicken – olives, fresh cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, lemon and a oregano mayo spread
  • Egg Salad – freshly boiled organic eggs on top of mixed season lettuces, sliced tomato, fresh cucumbers and herb mayo spread

Big Bowl Salads

  • Caesar Salad – homemade herbed croutons, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese, fresh lettuces, topped with our homemade dressing  
  • Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella Salad – drizzled with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette and garnished with fresh herbs

  • Seasonal Mixed Salad – fresh lettuces, local goat cheese, slivered almonds, peppers, cherry tomatoes and fresh cucumbers, with squash croutons, and a balsamic vinaigrette 
  • Fresh Arugula and Spinach Salad – pears, toasted pecans, local goat cheese, red peppers, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and a citrus vinaigrette 
  • Greek Salad – feta cheese, red onion, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, black olives, in a creamy Greek dressing
  • Lemon Honey Dijon and Herb Couscous Salad – fresh cucumbers, mixed herbs, plump raisins, walnuts tossed in lemon honey Dijon vinaigrette
  • Tabbouleh Salad – tomatoes, fresh cucumber, cilantro, red peppers, mint, tossed in a lemon/lime and olive oil vinaigrette
  • Mediterranean Quinoa Salad – fresh basil, arugula, chickpeas, black olives, crumbled feta cheese, tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette 
  • Thai Noodle Salad – cabbage, carrots, radish, red peppers, sliced scallions, cilantro, chopped jalapeno marinade in ginger, garlic peanut sauce chopped with chopped peanuts

  • Outstanding Roasted Squash Soup – warm spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, herbs, vegetarian broth, and cream  (seasonal)
  • Cream of Roasted Tomato Soup – roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers, chili flakes, herbs and spices, vegetarian broth, and cream
  • Freshly Roasted Corn Chowder – made with corn off the cob,  herbs and spices, chicken, and cream (seasonal)
  • Cream of Cauliflower smooth and silky with chunks of cauliflower, celery, carrots, onion, herbs and spices, and a creamy broth 
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup – made with a variety of seasonal mushrooms, leeks, carrots, celery, herbs and spices, in a rich cream broth
  • Minestrone Soup –  a mix of 6 beans, noodles, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, herbs and spices, in a rich vegetarian or chicken broth
  • Chicken Vegetable Soup – made with shredded chicken, celery, green beans, corn, carrots, onions, tomatoes, herbs and spices, in a chicken broth
  • Beef Barley Soup – made with shredded beef, pearl barley, celery, onions, chunks of potato, carrots, and herbs and spices, in a rich beef broth

Lunch Buffet 1 

  •  Meat Lasagna or Vegetarian Lasagna- with ricotta cheese, shredded cheese, fresh ground meat or fresh seasonal vegetables with rich tomato and bechamel sauce and topped with flaky parmesan cheese
  • Freshly baked focaccia bread- topped with herbs
  • Caesar Salad with homemade herb croutons, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese and our homemade Caesar dressing
  • Bocconcini Salad with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh shredded basil and a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
  • Variety of squares and cookies

Lunch Buffet 2

  • Rolls and butter
  • Sesame Ginger Salmon- 4oz salmon filets that have been marinated with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar and ginger. Then topped with a honey ginger glaze.
  •  Mixed Seasonal Green Salad with fresh lettuces, tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, tossed in our house made vinaigrette
  • Lemon and Herb Couscous Salad with fresh cucumbers, mixed herbs, raisins, walnuts, and tossed with a honey Dijon and fresh lemon vinaigrette
  • Jasmine Rice Pilaf with asparagus and cashews in a vegetable broth
  • Fresh Fruit Flan

Lunch Buffet 3

Build your own sandwich station

  • A variety of buns and breads – ciabatta, baguette, wheat, sesame white, olive bread and three cheese bread (gluten free available)
  • Meat trays -roast beef, black forest ham, oven roasted turkey breast and Italian meats (salami, mortadella, rosemary ham)
  • Sliced cheese, smoked cheddar, swiss and sliced brie 
  • Sliced tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, sliced onions and fresh lettuces
  • A variety of sandwich spreads – horseradish mayo, Dijon mustard, avocado mayo, creamy mayo and cranberry mayo 
  • Pickles and olives- sweet pickles, the best dill pickles, kalamata olives and stuffed olives
  • Fresh seasonal vegetable tray- melons, grapes, berries and pineapple

  • Middle Eastern Style Chickpea Burgers – ground chickpeas with shallots, cumin, garlic, cilantro, garam masala, and a yogurt dip
  • Pita bread with creamy garlic hummus
  • Tabbouleh Salad with tomatoes, fresh cucumber, cilantro, red peppers, mint, and tossed in a lemon/lime and olive oil vinaigrette
         Middle Eastern Carrot and Radish Salad          
  • Middle Eastern spiced rice with toasted almonds- basmati rice with allspice, cinnamon and cloves
  • Baklava Platter- phyllo pastry filled with  crushed nuts and honey

  • Greek Style Marinated Chicken or Beef Skewers – marinated in oregano, olive oil and wine
  • Pita with creamy garlic hummus
  • Greek Style Rice Pilaf- with carrot, celery, oregano and fresh herbs in a vegetable broth
  • Roasted fresh asparagus with crumbled feta cheese
  • Classic Greek Salad with black olives, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, peppers, red onion, feta cheese, and in a creamy Greek dressing
  • Baklava Platter- made with phyllo pastry crushed nuts and honey
