Menu 1

  • Garlic & Herb Crusted Sirloin Steak – 6oz Sirloin Steak that has been rubbed with garlic and herbs and cooked to medium. 
  • Fresh Baby Arugula & Baby Spinach Salad – with crisp pears, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese tossed in our citrus dressing
  • Garlic Herb Roasted Nugget Potatoes
  • Sautéed Green Beans with onions, crispy bacon topped with toasted slivered almonds

  • Amazing Mama’s Meat Lasagna or Vegetarian Lasagna- with ricotta cheese, shredded cheese, fresh ground meat or fresh seasonal vegetables with rich tomato and béchamel sauce
  • Freshly baked focaccia bread- topped with herbs
  • Caesar Saladwith homemade herb croutons, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese and our homemade Caesar dressing

  • Chicken Masalasucculent juicy boneless chicken breast marinated in a rich, wine-button mushroom sauce
  • Seasonal Mixed Salad – fresh lettuces, local goat cheese, slivered almonds, peppers, cherry tomatoes and fresh cucumbers, with squash croutons, and a balsamic vinaigrette 
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes creamy potatoes with garlic and butter
  • Brown Sugar Maple Glazed Carrots topped with toasted walnuts

Menu 4

  • Almond, Mango Salmon with Almond Crust – 4oz salmon filets that have been glazed with our own mango sauce and then topped with  almond herb topping
  • Baby Arugula & Baby Spinach Salad – with fresh blueberries, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, local goat cheese, tossed with a citrus and balsamic vinaigrette
  • Jasmine Rice Pilaf -with herbs and vegetables
  • Grilled Asparagus & Zucchini – in a light soy sauce 

Menu 5

  • Eggplant Rollatini -with quinoa, arugula and goat cheese, wrapped in eggplant, then placed in rich tomato sauce and topped with parmesan cheese
  • Mixed Greens Salad – with tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, red peppers, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, toasted almonds, diced apricots and cranberries, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette
  • Rice Pilaf with seasonal vegetables and herbs, in a vegetable broth
  • Mix Seasonal Vegetables – with a herb butter sauce
